The bank offers Customs Card issue and maintenance services to foreign trade participants.

Customs Card is a microchip card issued by the Bank that enables prompt payment of customs duties, taxes, license fees and other charges collected by Russian customs authorities in the prescribed manner. It relieves foreign trade participants and customs officers from enormous amounts of routine paperwork.

Using Customs Card, you can execute any customs payments at any customs office all over Russian Federation round the clock.

Customs Card payment benefits:

• Acceleration of goods customs clearance term. No advance payment to customs authority account is required. Using Customs Card, payer doesn’t need to remit customs payments by type to various customs accounts several days in advance.  Instant payment of customs fees is done simultaneously with customs declaration and/or customs credit order application.
• It is possible to pay customs fees in RUR or USD. 
• It is possible to pay additional charge for goods customs processing (codes 10 and 11) in RUR.
• Elimination of overpay possibility and, consequently, reduction of payers’ risks and customs authorities’ burden related to such overpay accounting and refund.
• Limitation of card holder (company employee or broker servicing the client in the particular customs authority) by the fixed amount setting the separate credit limit for each card.
• Possibility for real time payment in automatic system AIST-RT-21 locations. Payment information is displayed at the payer's account immediately.
• In case of correction of customs value  to execute prompt additional payment of deficient amount without interrupting customs clearance process.

Customs Card allows you to perform customs clearance at several customs offices at the same time without preliminary assignment of particular amount of goods to particular customs office.

Using Customs Card you don’t have to deposit the funds on the account of customs authority or execute bank guarantee as security of customs duties payment obligations.

Upon payment of customs fees by Customs Card, payer's special card account statement shows information on amount and date of payment strictly connected to customs office at which the goods clearance has been made.

The customs duties payment by Customs Card is done to the customs authorities accounts with Federal Treasury. The payment in favor of any beneficiary other than customs authority fees is blocked. Therefore, the foreign trade participant's funds on the bank account cannot be misused. Even in case of loss of Customs Card unauthorized person is unable to use funds for private ends.

At receipt of excise stamps by importers, the authorized customs officer uses Customs Card to make provisions for securing importer's obligations. In this case importer is not required to deflect funds for their advance deposition to the customs authority account or to execute bank security. The funds remain on the importer’s bank account.

At importer’s request customs charges for commodities under customs mode "Release for the free circulation" may be paid using Customs Card from provisions made.
